Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. For most custom design project we will provide you with a 2hr training session and a set of video tutorials to help you learn your way around, as well a training session to ensure you can confidently manage your business online after you launch.

An idea and a goal (or two).
We need all of your content before we can start the project (images, website copy, etc). We'll guide you through the steps in our Client Checklist that will need to be completed prior to the start of your design week.
We have a bunch of checklists, questionnaires and specialists on hand to help with the process. The Custom Design Package include a branding session and a strategy session, so if you need a little more clarity on your brand, we will dedicate time to hone in on this, in the beginning stages.

Usually that is you. You know your brand best and are an expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we have a copywriter on our team who can help clean up or write original content for you. This is not included in our packages.

Yes, we have multiple options for payment, from upfront payment to 3 monthly automated payments. We understand that this can be a big investment and want to help you budget for it in whatever way possible. Let us know and we can chat more about what will work for you!
